Senior Google Ads Specialist – E‑commerce (UK/USA)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to plan, create, manage and optimise paid campaigns for e‑commerce clients targeting the UK and USA markets. You will work closely with design and development teams to drive online sales and improve ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue, optimise ROAS and maintain target CPA.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, audience and search‑intent research.
• Oversee Google Merchant Center, product feeds and Google Shopping campaigns.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GTM, GA4 and Google Ads.
• Analyse performance data, run A/B tests and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing Google Ads for e‑commerce businesses serving UK and USA clients.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce sales funnels, international markets and online purchasing behaviour.
• Ability to analyse data, make data‑driven decisions and scale profitable campaigns.

• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking
• Keyword research, competitor and audience analysis
