Senior Graphic Designer - Brand Identity & Packaging

About the role

Eye4Media works with ambitious brands across beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle and e-commerce, and is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join its creative team. The designer develops and executes creative concepts for a diverse portfolio of brands, from complete brand identities and premium packaging to digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop premium brand identities and complete visual branding systems.
• Design product packaging, labels and production-ready artwork.
• Create visuals for digital campaigns, social media, websites and e-commerce.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Translate client briefs into original, sophisticated creative concepts.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on brand development and product launches.
• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Outstanding portfolio showing expertise in branding and packaging design.
• Proven experience with beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept to final delivery.
• Strong communication, creative problem-solving and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition and visual storytelling.
• Experience with packaging production, print specifications and production-ready files.
