Core Team Video Editor

About the role

The editor works directly with an agency owner with 8+ years of experience, starting in person at the Rawalpindi office.

Key responsibilities

• Execute precise audio mixing, sound design and visual pacing that keeps viewers engaged.
• Help build out the production pipeline as the studio takes on more UK and international clients.

Required profile

• A modern editor mindset: using AI video generation and AI tools to automate editing and save time; advanced AI workflows are taught in-house after joining.
• Strong understanding of creator economy pacing and current social media trends.
• Reliability, speed and ambition to step into a senior role as the agency grows.
• Bonus: strong 2D animation skills, especially stickman or narrative-driven motion graphics.
• Ideal for someone living in or commuting easily within Rawalpindi/Islamabad, with immediate in-person start.

Required skills

• Premiere Pro
• After Effects and/or CapCut

To apply, send an email to the studio owner stating the word Neon first, including exactly one link to your best edited video and a brief explanation of the editing choices made in it.
