Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

A highly creative and versatile Senior Graphic Designer is sought, passionate about visual storytelling, brand building and delivering exceptional user experiences. The role leads projects from concept to execution across digital, print and interactive platforms, combining graphic design, video editing, UI/UX design and multimedia content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and execute creative materials for digital campaigns, social media, websites, mobile apps and print.
• Lead and manage design projects while mentoring junior designers.
• Develop UI/UX solutions, including wireframes, prototypes and user flows.
• Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, product demos and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and development teams to keep the brand consistent.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools and technologies.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and meet high visual standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency, startup or in-house creative team.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking and deadline management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• Strong portfolio in graphic design, UI/UX and video editing
• Nice to have: 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D, HTML/CSS knowledge, branding and visual identity experience, copywriting skills
