Senior Graphic Designer – Motion & Video Specialist

About the role

Troxis is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who blends visual storytelling with motion and video expertise. You will create compelling static and animated assets that elevate our digital presence across social media, websites, advertising, and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality static graphics for social media, blogs, email campaigns, presentations, and ads.
• Create branding assets such as logos, banners, brochures, flyers, pitch decks, and infographics.
• Develop motion graphics, animated explainer videos, product showcases, UI animations, and kinetic typography.
• Produce GIFs, animated banners, and short‑form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Edit promotional, corporate, recruitment, and event videos with transitions, color correction, sound design, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, social media, photography, videography, and PR teams to deliver cohesive visual campaigns.
• Stay current with design trends, AI‑powered creative tools, and animation techniques.
• Design visuals for paid advertising on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Required profile

• Highly creative and detail‑oriented with a strong portfolio in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Ability to translate concepts into high‑quality visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong storytelling sense and experience creating marketing assets that drive engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
