Senior Health Representative (Antimicrobial Stewardship)

About the role

Pfizer is hiring a Senior Health Representative for its Antimicrobial Stewardship division in Karachi, reporting to the Health Rep Manager. The role covers the assigned territory and focuses on antimicrobial stewardship products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and follow up marketing and sales strategies and tactics for the assigned brand portfolio.
• Provide product information to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the territory and help achieve revenue and KPI targets.
• Carry out chamber presentations and detailing to targeted doctors to generate business.
• Plan and run customer engagement activities.
• Maintain knowledge of products and their competition so benefits can be communicated clearly.
• Update doctor and chemist contact records with the consent of the Category Lead and keep call records in the Veeva system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly call plans and follow them to improve customer coverage against KPIs.
• Gather market insights in the assigned area and share feedback with the HRM, Country Brand Manager or CFC Lead.
• Travel frequently and be willing to relocate as business needs require.

Required profile

• Minimum graduate degree in Science; Pharm.D preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience promoting a relevant specialty is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of pharmacology, pathology and physiology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Computer skills including MS Office.
• Analytical approach.
