Senior HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive to lead end‑to‑end HR operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong organisational skills with a hands‑on approach to recruitment, payroll and employee lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, including interview coordination and offer letter preparation.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as confirmations, transfers, promotions and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, ensuring attendance, leave, overtime, incentives and deductions are correctly processed.
• Monitor attendance and resolve discrepancies with department heads.
• Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives and other operational HR projects.
• Handle employee queries, foster positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and recruitment metrics, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Proactive, organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
