Senior HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Performance Management

About the role

Vegas Cosmetics seeks a dynamic and highly organized Senior HR Manager to lead the entire human resources function within a fast‑paced e‑commerce, retail and beauty environment. The role combines strategic talent acquisition, performance management and policy compliance to build a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across e‑commerce, digital marketing, operations, retail, finance and customer support.
• Establish KPIs and performance expectations with department heads and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans and tie promotions and rewards to measurable metrics.
• Maintain workplace discipline, attendance, leaves and resolve grievances professionally.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Oversee HR documentation including contracts, salary adjustments, promotions, warnings and terminations.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding improvements to boost employee experience and retention.
• Assist senior management with compensation strategies, salary benchmarking and performance‑based incentives.
• Identify training needs and create career progression plans for high‑potential talent.
• Provide HR reports on headcount, recruitment, turnover, attendance and performance to leadership.
• Manage and mentor a team of 30 HR professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience with strong talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management background.
• Proven ability to think strategically, build high‑performance culture and develop future leaders.
• Experience managing a diverse team of around 30 employees.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Data‑driven and results‑oriented approach to HR initiatives.
