Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Waseela is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic HR advisor for its regional leadership. The role focuses on aligning people initiatives with business objectives, enhancing employee experience, and supporting operational excellence across field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to translate business challenges into HR solutions covering workforce planning, talent management, performance, engagement, and retention.
• Lead recruitment for regional and branch positions, conduct manpower forecasting, and monitor hiring metrics.
• Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and improvement plans; identify talent and succession needs.
• Manage employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and separations while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess engagement and culture, implement surveys and action plans, and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, and track key metrics like attrition, absenteeism, and productivity.
• Prepare analytical reports and provide insights to support business decisions and digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level HR professional with experience in strategic partnership and people‑focused interventions.
• Proven ability to lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor HR metrics and deliver actionable insights.
