Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

Elev8-Marketing is seeking a confident, culture‑driven Senior Human Resources Manager to become the backbone of its people operations. This strategic partner will work closely with the founder, CEO, and department leads to shape culture, attract top talent, and ensure every team member thrives as the agency scales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for full‑time staff, freelancers, and remote contractors.
• Design and manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes that set new hires up for success.
• Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts, freelance agreements, and NDAs in line with Pakistani labour law and international standards.
• Champion a high‑performance workplace culture through team‑building initiatives and recognition programs.
• Oversee HR operations for a mixed workforce across multiple time zones.
• Build and run performance review cycles, goal‑setting frameworks, and development plans for all roles.
• Act as the primary communicator between leadership and team members, drafting announcements and policy updates.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Create, update, and enforce company policies, including remote‑work and code of conduct.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts with discretion and empathy.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Confidence to lead difficult conversations and present to senior leadership.
• Strong cultural orientation with a proven ability to build and sustain great teams.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to documentation detail.

Required skills

• Experience drafting employment contracts and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
• Proficiency in managing remote and freelance workforce structures.
• Knowledge of performance management systems and HR best practices.
