Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead end‑to‑end HR operations for a fast‑growing organization in the healthcare sector. The role will be based onsite in Karachi and involves strategic leadership, employee engagement, and compliance management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning and talent management.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, EOBI, SESSI, insurance and other HR regulations.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Drive performance management systems and KPI‑based appraisal cycles.
• Lead employee engagement, recognition programs and training initiatives.
• Produce accurate HR reports on headcount, attrition, payroll and training data.
• Champion HR process improvements, automation and transformation projects.
• Maintain job descriptions, succession plans and ensure operational continuity.
• Conduct background verification and reference checks for new hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in HR operations, compliance, employee engagement and performance management.
• Ability to lead HR transformation and process‑improvement initiatives.
