Senior Implementation Consultant

About the role

The Senior Implementation Consultant leads the end‑to‑end onboarding and deployment of Motive’s hardware and software solutions for large, complex enterprise customers. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will define project strategies, coordinate cross‑functional resources and ensure customers are prepared for long‑term success on the Motive platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through deployment, training and transition to steady‑state support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, risks and dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Guide customers through hardware and SaaS configuration, logistics coordination and field execution.
• Deliver targeted training, manage change adoption and ensure operational readiness for ongoing support.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in implementation, project management or enterprise customer‑facing roles.
• Proven success leading complex, multi‑stakeholder hardware and SaaS deployments.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.

Required skills

• Strong project‑management discipline, including planning, prioritisation and risk mitigation.
• Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project‑management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Jira and Smartsheet.
