Senior iOS & Android Mobile Application Developer

About the role

CyberActive is looking for a senior mobile engineer to own the development, modernization, and support of its iOS and Android education and e‑commerce apps. You will work remotely with a cross‑functional team that includes React web developers.NET backend engineers, and payment specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship high‑performance native iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit) and Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) applications.
• Integrate mobile apps with .NET/ASP.NET APIs, REST services, OAuth/JWT authentication, and SQL Server back‑ends.
• Implement and maintain payment flows (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe or similar) and ensure PCI‑related security practices.
• Manage App Store and Google Play releases, push notifications, deep linking, and in‑app authentication.
• Monitor crash reports, performance metrics, and conduct automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with substantial production iOS and Android apps shipped.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex production bugs and work independently on integration issues.
• Experience maintaining apps with real customers and transaction volume.

Required skills

• iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Xcode, App Store deployment.
• Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android Studio, Google Play deployment.
• .NET / ASP.NET APIs, REST, JSON, OAuth/JWT, SQL Server.
• React (preferred), React Native (valuable), Firebase, AWS.
• Payment integration (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe), PCI security.
• CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, automated testing, crash reporting, app analytics.
