Senior IT Manager

About the role

The Senior IT Manager will lead the organization’s IT operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining a secure, efficient technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all IT operations, including troubleshooting, backups, archiving, and disaster recovery.
• Develop and implement IT policies, best‑practice guides, and strategic plans.
• Manage the IT budget, vendor relationships, and compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate IT staff, fostering a high‑performance team.
• Identify opportunities to improve software and systems and stay current with emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a medium to large organization.
• Proven ability to lead large IT projects and manage departmental budgets.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; Master’s or certifications (PMP, ITIL) preferred.
