Senior Last Mile Operations Manager (US)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic senior leader to manage end‑to‑end last‑mile delivery operations for US‑based clients from our Karachi hub. The role involves overseeing a high‑performing team, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch, route planning, scheduling and delivery execution.
• Supervise operations teams, dispatchers and field support personnel.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors and delivery partners to meet service standards.
• Monitor operational KPIs, service levels and performance metrics.
• Resolve escalations and operational challenges promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with US clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in US logistics, last‑mile delivery or transportation operations.
• Proven track record of managing teams and leading operational functions.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (4 PM – 1 AM & 12 AM – 9 AM) six days a week.
