Senior Lecturer – Management Sciences (University)

About the role

The Senior Lecturer in Management Sciences will join the Sahiwal campus of Riphah International University on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses, preparing teaching materials, and ensuring alignment with departmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials in management sciences.
• Prepare course outlines, teaching resources and assessment tools.
• Supervise student projects, research work and theses.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams and presentations.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental committees.
• Engage in research, publications and scholarly activities.
• Support accreditation, quality assurance and community outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Management Sciences or a related field (PhD preferred, MS/MPhil acceptable).
• Proven university‑level teaching experience in management subjects.
• Experience in curriculum design, course development and modern assessment methods.
• Active research record with publications in management sciences.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, professional integrity and continuous development.
• Familiarity with higher‑education quality assurance and accreditation processes is an advantage.
