Senior Manager Architecture

About the role

The Communication & Works Department of the Government of Punjab is seeking a Senior Manager Architecture on a PPS‑10 contract. The role will provide strategic architectural leadership for departmental infrastructure and development projects, ensuring designs meet government standards and public‑sector objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning, design and execution for all departmental projects.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards, safety regulations and government policies.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and management teams to integrate designs.
• Oversee preparation, review and approval of project documentation and technical drawings.
• Manage and mentor the architecture team to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide expert guidance on architectural aspects of large‑scale infrastructure initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 12 years of post‑qualification experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven experience managing complex public‑sector infrastructure projects.
