Senior Manager – Assurance IFRS Accounting Services

About the role

PwC is expanding its Assurance‑IFRS Accounting Services team and seeks a Senior Manager to provide expert guidance on complex accounting and financial reporting issues. You will act as a strategic advisor, influencing clients and audit teams while fostering high‑performing, inclusive teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients and engagement teams in navigating accounting and financial reporting complexities.
• Lead training sessions, present at internal and external conferences, and develop thought‑leadership content.
• Develop deep technical knowledge of accounting standards, policies, and regulatory changes.
• Build and maintain networks within the Global Corporate Reporting Services community.

Required profile

• ACA (ICAP) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in a professional services firm, with at least 2 years in a technical accounting role.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop diverse teams.
