About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Account Management to lead a global team of Commercial Account Managers. The role focuses on fast‑growing accounts that sit between SMB and Mid‑Market, driving revenue growth and customer retention. While the position is primarily remote, you will oversee managers based in Pakistan and travel periodically for strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed commercial revenue targets through upsell and cross‑sell activities.
  • Set and optimize inbound and outbound pipeline targets aligned with company goals.
  • Implement Motive’s sales methodology, ensuring CRM alignment, training, and coaching.
  • Guide the team through prospecting, qualification, deal negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline planning and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
  • Oversee effective use of Motive’s product suite (VG, Dashcam, Motive Card, new solutions).
  • Coach Account Executives via call reviews, deal strategy sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Support demos and negotiate complex or high‑value commercial deals as needed.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of international sales experience, preferably in the US market.
  • 2+ years of proven sales leadership, managing or mentoring teams.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a tech‑focused environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS or hardware solutions to commercial customers.
