Senior Manager – Core Cards Product

About the role

The Bank of Punjab is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Core Cards product line within its Digital Banking Group. This position will shape the end‑to‑end card lifecycle, drive innovation, and contribute to the bank’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Core Card program across the full product lifecycle in coordination with the Head of Credit Cards.
• Initiate new product development, enhancements, and innovation projects with cross‑functional teams, focusing on revenue optimisation and superior product offering.
• Own product strategy, planning and execution, analysing customer needs, market opportunities, sizing and competitor offerings.
• Manage P&L for Core Card products to achieve growth, revenue and cost targets.
• Design and implement cross‑sell programmes to deepen relationships with existing bank customers.
• Enhance all channels for Core Card requests, including the bank’s website and mobile banking platforms.
• Maintain relationships with card networks such as MasterCard, PayPak, and VISA.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC‑recognised university.
• 7‑9 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in banking.
• Age up to 55 years as of October 20, 2026.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
