Senior Manager Demand Planning & Supply Chain

About the role

Yay Nuts is seeking a Senior Manager to own demand forecasting and inventory strategy for its premium candied‑nut business. Based in Karachi, you will ensure the right products are available at the right time as the brand scales across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU‑level, channel‑level, and aggregate demand forecasts.
• Analyze historical sales data to identify trends, seasonality and growth patterns.
• Build, maintain and improve forecasting models that support production and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, supply‑chain, and finance to align forecasts with promotions, product launches and financial targets.
• Plan inventory levels, monitor stock health and flag risks of stockouts or overstock.
• Recommend inventory optimisation strategies to reduce carrying costs.
• Support new‑product forecasting and scenario modelling, including bulk‑ingredient sourcing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on demand planning, inventory management or supply‑chain forecasting experience, preferably in e‑commerce, food or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to design, own and continuously improve forecasting models end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical mindset with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross‑functionally.
• Based in Karachi and able to work on‑site full‑time.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with forecasting tools or statistical modelling software.
