Senior Manager – Factory Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Factory Operations to lead production performance, operational efficiency and cross‑department coordination in our socks manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and monitor production KPIs, targets and overall factory performance.
• Coordinate with department supervisors to ensure production plans and timelines are met.
• Monitor work‑in‑progress (WIP) and ensure smooth flow throughout the production process.
• Identify bottlenecks, delays and performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Manage interactions between Knitting, QC, Printing, Packing, Dispatch and other departments.
• Maintain vendor relationships to secure timely availability of materials and services.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery commitments are fulfilled.
• Track order progress and ensure shipments are completed on schedule.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly KPI and performance reports.
• Collaborate with management and supervisors to continuously improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the textile industry.
• Extensive experience in factory/production operations and team supervision.
• Strong understanding of production planning, KPIs, WIP management and factory operations.
• Proven ability to manage and drive performance through department supervisors.
• Excellent communication, coordination and follow‑up abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
