Senior Manager - Quality Inspection

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Quality Inspection activities within its Internal Firm Services. The role focuses on reviewing audit engagements, coaching teams, and ensuring compliance with professional standards and PwC methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Execute engagement reviews, providing immediate coaching to audit teams.
• Assess audit documentation for compliance with ISAs, PwC methodology, and local regulations.
• Identify thematic issues, drive corrective actions, and meet strict timelines.
• Partner with team leadership to own quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff, using reviews as development opportunities.
• Escalate complex issues and uphold professional and independence standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Proven experience in audit and assurance practice.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage projects from planning through completion.
