Senior Manager, Retail Media & Partnerships

About the role

foodpanda Pakistan is looking for a Senior Manager, Retail Media & Partnerships to build and scale its retail media and partnerships business. You will report to the Head, Retail Media & Partnerships, and work across advertising, partnerships and monetisation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, establish and manage high-impact partnerships with financial institutions, telcos, FMCGs/CPGs, media agencies and other strategic partners
• Own and deliver revenue and commercial targets across retail media, advertising and partnerships, with a focus on sustainable year-on-year growth
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and turn foodpanda's ecosystem, audiences and data into tailored solutions
• Develop account and industry strategies, identify whitespace and build annual growth plans for priority partners
• Work with internal teams to develop and commercialise on-platform and off-platform advertising and retail media solutions
• Analyse campaign and partnership performance with data and recommend optimisations to clients
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and budget planning, and keep CRM and pipeline hygiene
• Collaborate with Commercial, Quick Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Product and Operations teams
• Contribute to workshops, client sessions and external engagements, and share market insights on retail media, advertising and digital commerce

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred but not required
• 8-10+ years of experience in advertising/media sales, strategic partnerships, FMCG/CPG, e-commerce, consulting or related commercial functions
• Strong track record of closing large-scale commercial partnerships and managing senior clients
• Experience with FMCGs/CPGs or media agencies strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel as required; prior coaching or mentoring experience is an advantage
