Senior Manager, Social Impact

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Social Impact to design, launch, and manage programs that generate measurable social value and align with our mission. The role will lead the full program lifecycle, build strategic community partnerships, and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify priority social issues and develop innovative impact programs.
• Plan, budget, execute, and evaluate programs across geographies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective delivery.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and audit trails for grants, donations, and sponsorships.
• Screen partners for reputational risk, conflicts of interest, and safeguarding.
• Create standardized toolkits, reporting templates, and communication guidelines.
• Build and nurture relationships with NGOs, community groups, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at community events and meetings.
• Manage grant processes and employee volunteering initiatives.
• Lead award submissions, ensuring compliance and high‑quality content.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing social impact or CSR programs.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with a track record of delivering results.
• Ability to prioritize workload in dynamic environments.
• Experience with ESG, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
