Senior Manager, Social Impact

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Social Impact to design, launch and oversee programs that generate measurable social value and align with our mission. The role will drive community partnerships, manage grant and volunteering initiatives, and ensure rigorous governance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify priority social issues and develop innovative impact programs.
• Plan, budget, execute and evaluate programs across geographies.
• Establish governance frameworks, documentation, and audit trails for grants, donations and sponsorships.
• Onboard and monitor partners, including risk screening and safeguarding checks.
• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, community groups and other stakeholders.
• Manage grant cycles and employee volunteering calendars, tracking participation and impact.
• Lead award submission processes, ensuring compliance and high‑quality entries.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing social impact or CSR programs.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.
• Experience with ESG, sustainability or corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
