Senior Marketer, B2B Professional Services

About the role

ACE CPAs is seeking a senior marketer to own and optimise the full‑funnel demand generation engine for its B2B accounting and advisory services. You will work directly with the founder, lead a small remote team, and partner with external vendors to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Manage the end‑to‑end marketing funnel: demand generation, lead capture, nurture, and handoff to sales.
• Maintain and enhance the GoHighLevel CRM pipelines, workflows, automations and data hygiene.
• Track and report core metrics (CPL, CAC, pipeline, revenue) via a single weekly scorecard.
• Implement lead‑follow‑up SLAs, attribution models and a closed accountability loop.
• Provide day‑to‑day direction for a remote team of paid‑ads, content/SEO, design and video specialists.

Required profile

• Proven experience running full‑funnel B2B marketing for professional or financial services.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to build systems and drive results without micromanagement.
• Comfortable leading a small remote team and coordinating external vendors.
