Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

OMNI ACADEMY & CONSULTING is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager in Karachi to lead the complete marketing engine across SEO, organic search, paid media, social media, content and creative for three brands. It is a hands-on senior management role combining strong strategic thinking with practical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across three brands.
• Own the SEO and organic search strategy, including technical, on-page and off-page work, keyword research, content strategy and performance optimisation.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
• Develop and manage separate social media strategies for each brand.
• Oversee content and creative requirements to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Own marketing budgets and monitor channel-level ROI, CPL, conversions and overall performance.
• Build, manage and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Set up governance and secure, organised in-house access to marketing platforms and accounts.
• Use analytics and live dashboards to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for each brand and conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Work with management and other departments to align marketing with business and revenue objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO or a related field, with senior-level management experience.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Experience managing multiple brands or marketing projects at once.
• Proven team leadership and people-management skills.
• Lead generation and performance marketing experience highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong, hands-on SEO expertise with demonstrable results.
• Google Analytics / GA4, Search Console, SEO tools, paid advertising platforms and social media analytics.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
