Senior Mechanical Engineer – Mechanical Design

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of electromechanical products. The role involves integrating mechanical and electrical components, performing advanced simulations, and ensuring robust, reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design and development of mechanical systems, including integration with electrical components.
• Perform advanced CFD, structural, and thermal simulations to validate and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, quality) for seamless product integration.
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including CAD models, drawings, and technical reports.
• Drive design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• BE/MS in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical product design and development.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, leadership, and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or CATIA.
• Hands‑on experience with CFD, FEA, and thermal analysis software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for reliability.
• Experience in multidisciplinary product development for electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
