Senior MLOps Engineer (Remote, Anywhere in Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to design, build and operate production‑grade machine‑learning pipelines on Databricks. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in Pakistan, offering the chance to work with cutting‑edge data and AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines on Databricks, including batch and streaming workloads.
• Operationalize models: deployment, monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
• Create and maintain real‑time data pipelines using Kafka and other streaming platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionise models efficiently.
• Implement experiment tracking, feature‑store integration and governance standards.
• Monitor model performance, data drift and optimise cost and scalability of distributed workloads.
• Contribute to platform design for low‑latency inference and LLM serving.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Databricks (Workflows, MLflow, Delta Lake) and Apache Spark (batch and streaming).
• Advanced Python programming for production‑quality code.
• Hands‑on experience with streaming, real‑time data systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to design end‑to‑end ML lifecycle solutions.
• Experience with Snowflake, Kubernetes, Docker and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform.
• Familiarity with feature stores, event‑driven architectures, model serving frameworks and LLM deployment.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (ELK stack), A/B testing, RBAC, security and governance.
• Experience working in Azure cloud environments.
