Senior Paid Media Lead

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our paid media efforts. The role involves planning and executing campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing performance data, and continuously optimizing strategies to maximize return on investment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign decisions.
• Manage substantial budgets and negotiate with media vendors for cost‑efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop data‑driven media strategies and high‑performing ad creatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑8 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying and media planning.
• Proven ability to develop and optimise high‑budget campaigns.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and analytics tools.
