Senior Procurement Executive

About the role

ACE Properties, the real‑estate arm of the ACE Group, is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to lead its purchasing function. You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end flow of goods and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring supplier performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process, creating and maintaining purchase orders in line with business needs.
• Coordinate with global and regional procurement centres to keep local master data up to date.
• Enter, maintain and verify data in procurement systems and databases.
• Conduct spend analysis and develop sourcing scenarios based on market intelligence and supplier capabilities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate supply, financial, operational and reputational risks.
• Assist the Procurement Manager with price forecasts and cost assumptions for budgeting.
• Monitor compliance with procurement policies, procedures and governance standards.
• Lead or support negotiations and management of long‑term supplier contracts.
• Onboard new suppliers following due‑diligence and documentation requirements.
• Maintain complete, up‑to‑date supplier and contract records.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvement and supplier development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay processes, procurement policies and purchasing procedures.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier evaluation and contract management.
