Senior Product Designer (AI‑Native, Enterprise Workflows)

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑native Senior Product Designer to create sophisticated, data‑dense workflows for enterprise‑grade applications. This role blends deep product thinking with rapid AI‑assisted prototyping to shape clinical impact and overall product direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design enterprise‑grade workflows that simplify complex, data‑heavy systems.
• Rapidly prototype concepts using AI‑powered tools and iterate from idea to production.
• Translate ideas into production‑ready UI using Figma and AI‑assisted coding platforms.
• Define user journeys, workflows, and information architecture in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Engage directly with teams and end users to understand pain points and validate solutions.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions independently.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, including components, tokens, and patterns.
• Own the full design lifecycle from discovery through shipped product.
• Produce clear UX specifications and work closely with engineering to ensure high‑quality implementation.
• Identify UX gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design or UI/UX experience for web or enterprise applications.
• Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, spacing, composition).
• Proven ability to design complex, workflow‑heavy applications.
• Experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or data‑intensive platforms is a plus.
• Startup or early‑stage product experience.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and basic front‑end technologies.
