Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience of our merchant‑facing platform. You will turn vague customer pain points into clear problem statements, design end‑to‑end solutions in Figma, and partner closely with engineering to ship reliable, high‑quality features.

Key responsibilities

• Define problems, hypotheses, and success criteria from ambiguous user insights.
• Map user flows, prototype, and deliver production‑ready UI using Figma components, variables, and responsive layouts.
• Conduct lightweight research (merchant interviews, usability tests) and analyze product data to inform decisions.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring accessibility, performance, and visual consistency across dashboards and integrations.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, CX, and sales to scope, sequence, and document work.
• Measure post‑launch impact, iterate on reliability, cost, and adoption metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience with a blend of UX, UI, and product strategy.
• Track record of shipping multiple 0→1 features that delivered measurable results.
• Comfort working alongside engineers from discovery through QA, including reading API docs.
• Strong ability to write clear product rationale, trade‑off analyses, and concise specifications.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variables, responsive design).
• Experience with AI‑assisted design and prototyping tools such as Cursor.
• Hands‑on experience planning and synthesizing user research and product analytics.
