Senior Product Designer

About the role

SmartPropFirm is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its remote team on an hourly contract basis. You will create premium digital experiences for prop traders, including dashboards, marketplace flows, rewards systems, and conversion‑focused web pages.

Key responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and premium web‑app interfaces using Figma.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.
• Craft dashboards, marketplace pages, checkout and reward flows, and specialized trading tools.
• Enhance existing UI/UX across all SmartPropFirm products, addressing loading, empty, error, and success states.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to turn concepts into polished designs.
• Contribute to conversion optimisation, usability improvements, and overall product quality.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional product design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web‑app, SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or dashboard design.
• Ability to translate rough ideas into structured, high‑quality visual solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience creating or directing 3D design assets, icons, and premium visual elements.
• Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender, Spline, or Cinema 4D.
• Understanding of design systems and basic developer handoff processes.
