Senior Product Manager – AI & Agentic Products

About the role

PakWheels, Pakistan’s largest online automotive marketplace, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI‑native experiences and agentic workflows. You will own AI‑powered product initiatives from discovery through launch, collaborating with engineering, design, data and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI‑driven features, from research and PRD creation to release and iteration.
• Identify automation opportunities, define AI behavior, fallback logic and evaluation criteria.
• Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to improve model performance and user outcomes.
• Conduct user research, market analysis and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities.
• Define product roadmaps, track KPIs such as engagement, retention, task completion and AI accuracy.
• Work with marketing and business teams on go‑to‑market planning and product positioning.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of product management experience, including shipping AI‑powered products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity) and strong understanding of LLM concepts.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments with cross‑functional teams.
