Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager you will translate bold educational challenges into impactful products, combining human insight, data and technology to improve learning outcomes at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define & validate ready‑to‑build requirements: lead technical discovery, map technical, security and AI risks, secure feasibility sign‑off, and produce clear, comprehensive PRDs aligned with business value.
• Execute product discovery & customer synthesis: conduct interviews, surveys, analytics and competitive research; build low‑fidelity prototypes or MVPs; synthesize insights into problem statements and go/no‑go recommendations; flag new AI capabilities.
• Lead agile delivery & stakeholder communication: set delivery cadence for the feature squad, report status, trade‑offs and risks, produce release notes, manage backlog, QA checks and ensure cycle deliverables meet quality standards.
• Define success metrics & negotiate scope: establish feature‑level outcome metrics linked to Taleemabad’s North Star, create scope options, track post‑launch metrics (30‑day impact) and iterate based on evidence.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of product management experience, preferably in product companies, EdTech or data‑driven platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background.
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solutions with solid technical judgment.
• Experience defining success metrics, using product analytics and driving evidence‑based decisions.
• Exposure to AI/LLM features, AI agents or agentic workflows (preferred).
