Senior Product Manager

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for one of Disrupt‑X’s platform solutions, shaping the roadmap and delivering measurable value to customers across real‑estate, facilities, and safety domains.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap, defining outcomes, user jobs and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct user research through interviews, support tickets, sales calls and AI‑driven data analysis to uncover real problems.
• Collaborate daily with Tech Lead, Business Analysts, Product Designer and QA to ship releases that are easy to use.
• Set and track KPIs such as adoption, usage and operational results, reporting concise updates to leadership.
• Provide sales, service delivery and marketing teams with product content, RFP answers and clear guidance on standard vs. custom features.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience, at least 3 years on B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• Proven record of shipping products that delivered measurable user impact.
• Strong discovery skills, able to run customer interviews and translate findings into clear outcomes.
• Comfortable working remotely, communicating proactively and keeping stakeholders informed.
