Senior Quantitative Researcher – Advertising Measurement

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Researcher to tackle the toughest measurement challenges for a US‑based client’s advertising business. You will design rigorous studies, develop models, and implement production‑grade Python solutions that directly influence revenue decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business questions into testable research designs and select appropriate experimental methods.
• Measure advertising asset contribution to revenue using attribution, incrementality testing, and marketing mix modelling.
• Model click‑through, ranking dynamics, and market pricing, and set up continuous evaluation of ad strategy.
• Collaborate with engineers to turn research methods into production monitors and maintain reproducible, version‑controlled analysis.

Required profile

• Master's or PhD in statistics, econometrics, applied mathematics, physics, computational finance or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of applied quantitative experience with a proven record of independent research (papers, open‑source, competitions, or portfolio).
• Excellent communication skills, able to present findings to non‑technical leaders and defend conclusions.

Required skills

• Strong Python programming (pandas, statsmodels, scikit‑learn).
• Proficient SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Solid experiment design and causal inference expertise.
