Senior Recruiter (Hybrid, Karachi)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our on‑site team in Karachi. You will lead full‑cycle hiring for international clients, manage complex recruitment projects, and mentor junior recruiters while contributing to our global talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple international clients across various industries.
• Source and engage top‑tier passive candidates using advanced search techniques.
• Conduct structured interviews, assessments, and negotiate offers.
• Manage several priority vacancies simultaneously and build talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with client success managers to align hiring requirements.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support team development.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Achieve placement and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven success hiring across multiple industries.
• Strong client‑relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working hybrid in Karachi.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing passive talent.
