Senior Relationship Manager – Retail Banking

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven relationship banking professional to drive liability growth, customer acquisition, and relationship deepening for our Retail Banking business. The role focuses on high‑value retail, affluent, and payroll customers while delivering Shariah‑compliant service.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and manage high‑value retail, affluent, and liability‑focused customer relationships to meet deposit and portfolio growth targets.
• Drive CASA growth through acquisition of individual, affluent, and payroll customers.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition plans, build a strong deposit pipeline, and deepen existing relationships to increase balances and wallet share.
• Cross‑sell banking products such as deposits, cards, wealth solutions, remittances, and digital services.
• Build relationships with employers, business communities, professionals, and high‑net‑worth individuals to generate referrals.
• Support payroll acquisition initiatives and conduct regular portfolio reviews, monitoring health, balances, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML/CFT, SBP regulations, fair customer treatment, and internal governance.
• Prepare portfolio reviews, business updates, and mentor junior Relationship Managers as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of experience in branch banking, liability sales, relationship management, retail, priority, or wealth banking.
• Proven track record of CASA acquisition, deposit mobilization, and portfolio growth in banks, Islamic banks, digital banks, micro‑finance institutions, or DFIs.
• Experience managing affluent and priority customers and developing payroll business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
