Senior Sales & Accounts Manager – Digital Services

About the role

A digital marketing agency in Karachi is looking for a Senior Sales & Accounts Manager with strong B2B sales experience. The role covers new business development, closing sales, account growth, upselling and cross-selling digital services. It is a full-time, on-site position with a 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM shift and a US night shift, paid PKR 175,000 to 200,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Turn new business opportunities into clients and grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Generate and close new opportunities from existing clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend the right digital service mix.
• Prepare and present clear, professional proposals and quotations.
• Own assigned opportunities from first discussion through closing.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing and project scope.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a digital marketing or digital services agency.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Proven track record of closing deals with measurable results.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English and confident client communication.

Required skills

• Digital services knowledge: SEO (technical, on-page, local, content, AEO/AIO), paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), web development (WordPress, Shopify, custom development), AI and automation (chatbots, workflow automation, GoHighLevel or similar), and basic mobile/web app understanding.
• Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
