Senior Sales Manager

About the role

The CodeRift is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for its digital services. This remote contract role will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for digital agency services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance against targets.
• Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, insights, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to refine value propositions and ensure accurate project scoping.
• Nurture long‑term client relationships and contribute to sales strategy improvements.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales, account management, and business development experience in digital agencies, software, or technology services.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical and design solutions such as websites, UI/UX, and scalable web platforms.
• Self‑directed remote work style with excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and sales reporting.
