About the role

A digital marketing company in Islamabad offering lead generation, digital marketing, software development and telemarketing services is hiring an experienced, results-driven Senior Sales Representative. The position is on a night shift, Monday to Friday, and is based on-site at the G-11 Markaz office.

Key responsibilities

Generate, qualify and convert leads
Pitch the company's services, negotiate and close deals
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain the sales pipeline and share regular performance reports

Required profile

2+ years of experience in sales, business development or telesales
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Confident, self-motivated and target-oriented
Willingness to work night shifts on-site in Islamabad
