Senior Sales Specialist - RSP Research & Writing Services

About the role

Progressive Academic Services is expanding its RSP (Research & Writing Services) project, which provides research, writing, editing, documentation and related support services to clients in the United States and other international markets. It is looking for a confident, target-oriented Sales Specialist to handle inbound leads, talk to potential US clients, understand their needs, follow up professionally and turn qualified leads into sales. The position is full-time, on-site in Karachi, with a 9 PM to 6 AM schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and respond to leads from the US market by call, WhatsApp, email and other channels
• Understand client requirements and explain the RSP services clearly
• Follow up with prospects and keep an active sales pipeline
• Negotiate and close sales, and build strong relationships with international clients
• Coordinate with the research and writing team for project handover
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets and look for repeat business and referrals

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development or client acquisition
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with US or international clients preferred
• Proven ability to follow up and close leads
• Comfortable working night hours according to the US market
• Experience in research/writing services, education services, digital services, BPO or similar is an advantage
