About the role
Medcare MSO, a leading medical billing and revenue cycle management firm, is seeking a Senior SEO Executive to elevate its digital presence. The role focuses on developing and executing advanced SEO strategies that drive high‑quality organic traffic and improve conversions for our healthcare‑focused services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, increase qualified traffic, and boost conversions.
- Lead on‑page and off‑page optimization, including content structuring, technical SEO, and backlink acquisition.
- Conduct in‑depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market‑trend evaluation to shape content strategy.
- Perform comprehensive website audits to resolve crawling, indexing, site‑speed, mobile‑friendliness, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Implement technical SEO best practices such as structured data markup, schema, and canonicalization.
- Optimize content and landing pages to enhance E‑E‑A‑T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
- Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Design and oversee ethical link‑building campaigns to increase domain authority.
- Stay current with Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
- Collaborate with content, development, and digital marketing teams to align SEO with business goals.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior SEO team members.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in healthcare or medical billing.
- Deep understanding of Google ranking algorithms, search intent, and white‑hat SEO techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
