Senior SEO Executive

About the role

PakWheels is seeking a highly motivated Senior SEO Executive with deep expertise in Local SEO. You will lead the SEO strategy for Google Business Profiles, Maps, and location‑based landing pages, collaborating closely with product, engineering, content and business teams to drive measurable organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, clustering, competitor and search‑intent analysis to uncover high‑value local opportunities.
• Build and optimise scalable city, area, service and location landing pages that deliver genuine user value.
• Own the SEO strategy for Google Business Profiles and Google Maps visibility across PakWheels locations.
• Partner with product and engineering to create SEO‑friendly templates, URL structures, internal linking, structured data and other technical solutions.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, redirects, XML sitemaps, JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals and structured data.
• Monitor organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably with local SEO, marketplaces or multi‑location businesses.
• Strong understanding of Local SEO fundamentals, Google Business Profiles, Google Maps and Local Pack rankings.
• Solid technical SEO knowledge including crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, redirects, rendering and Core Web Vitals.
• Proven ability to work with developers on HTML, CSS and JavaScript implementations.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or Python is a plus.
