Senior SFE Manager

About the role

The Senior SFE Manager will lead commercial effectiveness and execution excellence for a pharmaceutical business in Karachi. The role partners with Sales, Marketing and Medical teams to turn data‑driven insights into actionable interventions that improve field‑force productivity and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain customer segmentation, profiling and targeting frameworks to prioritize high‑potential HCPs, pharmacies and institutions.
• Establish field‑execution standards, monitor call‑plan adherence, territory coverage and CRM compliance, and drive corrective actions.
• Leverage CRM, sales and customer data to create dashboards, scorecards and analytical insights for commercial decision‑making.
• Develop and govern a consolidated KOL engagement tracking system, ensuring compliance with Medical Affairs requirements.
• Create, implement and continuously improve commercial SOPs, operating guidelines and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of pharmaceutical commercial excellence experience, including sales force effectiveness, analytics or sales operations.
• Proven ability to translate analytical insights into actionable business improvements.
• Strong understanding of pharma field‑force dynamics and healthcare professional engagement.
