Senior Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

Vision Mediaworks, a UK-based social media and digital marketing agency specialising in hospitality, restaurants, fitness and lifestyle brands, is hiring a full-time, remote Senior Social Media Manager. The role covers multiple client accounts, content strategy and the day-to-day running of the Social Media department, with working hours Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM UK time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms, planning and maintaining monthly content calendars.
• Develop tailored social media strategies, oversee content such as captions, reels, stories and carousels, and keep clients informed and satisfied.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors and videographers by preparing creative briefs and reviewing work before submission.
• Track content, campaigns and approvals, and step in to support colleagues during busy periods or absences.
• Monitor reach, impressions, engagement, views and audience growth, prepare performance reports and use insights to improve campaigns.
• Support influencer collaborations, paid social campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives where required.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in social media marketing within a social media or digital marketing agency; agency experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing several clients and accounts at once.
• Strong written and spoken English, able to communicate professionally with UK-based clients.
• Experience developing content strategies, managing content calendars and coordinating with creative teams.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of accounts and handle competing priorities.

• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, analytics platforms and project management systems.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 110,000-140,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability; the range is stated as non-negotiable at the point of hiring.
