Senior Software Engineer / Full Stack Architect

About the role

TechSea is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will act as a Full‑Stack Architect, building new products from the ground up and shaping the technical direction of our AI‑powered career services platform. You will work closely with the CTO, product, design, and operations teams to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, production‑grade solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Node.js, React, MongoDB, Redis, and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate with the CTO and product team to define architecture, data models, APIs, workers, queues, and deployment workflows.
• Build micro‑services, background processing pipelines, and Kubernetes‑based CI/CD infrastructure.
• Research emerging AI tools and infrastructure patterns, recommending optimal solutions.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across APIs, databases, and front‑end workflows.
• Review pull requests, mentor junior engineers, and uphold high engineering standards.
• Support production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure reliability.

Required profile

• Senior‑level full‑stack engineer with deep backend expertise and strong infrastructure knowledge.
• Proven ability to turn vague requirements into clear technical designs and production systems.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, product‑focused environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
